Should I wear a mask?
Why should I wear a mask?
- You could spread COVID-19 to your community even if you do not feel sick. Masks help reduce airborne droplet transmission and protect you and your fellow community members!
- For a mask to be effective, it must be worn over your nose and mouth
When should I wear one?
- Masks are strongly recommended to be worn whenever you must go out into public, especially in indoor settings.
If I wear a mask, do I still need to do physical distancing?
- YES! It is best to keep 2m or 6ft between yourself and others. Masks do not substitute for physical distancing!
