Trauma and its connection to depression and anxiety
We know that there are various ways that trauma can impact you. You may experience bouts of sadness, numbness or other feelings that impact your daily life.
Some might find that this goes away with time, however some may find that the trauma can lead to developing depression and or anxiety.
You do not have to have experienced a trauma to develop depression or anxiety, however trauma can often have long-lasting impacts that can lead to developing these conditions.
