Experiencing a trauma can result in physiological and behavioral changes including:
- Fatigue/exhaustion
- You may feel more tired or exhausted
- Changes to sleeping patterns
- For example, you notice you are sleeping less or sleeping more
- Changes to eating patterns
- You may experience changes to appetite and be eating more or less
- Nausea and vomiting
- Dizziness
- Headaches
- Increased heart rate
- Excessive sweating
